Upon graduation, Osnachuk taught painting and composition at the Harkiv Institute for ten years. She continued her artistic career at the Gorki Comedy Theater as a Chief Set and Costume Designer. Taught painting at the Gorky Fine Arts College. Since moving to the U.S., she collaborates with her artist husband Felix Sherman, who exhibits in galleries throughout US and Europe. In 2001 she created the original and proprietary children's curriculum for the Bridgeview School. Has been the head teacher of the children's program since then.
