Bridgeview School of Fine ArtsPlein aire painting class will meet on location. Variety of inspiring locations will be explored including New York Central Park, waterfronts and etc. New York scenery has inspired many artists of the past including Child Hassam and William Meritt Chase, to just name a few. Guided by an experienced master artist students will pick a subject and record their feelings through form and color. Aspects of composition, color mixing, perspective and scale will be discussed.
Students may choose their own materials such as watercolor, pastels, oils or pencils.
